REFUND, RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY - iconicandles

1. Refund Policy

Non-Returnable Items: No Return is accepted for Candles. Candles are generally considered non-returnable items due to their nature. 

Eligibility for Refund: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 24 Hours of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and determine if a refund is warranted. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to conditions.

Unboxing Video: We highly recommend that all customers create an unboxing video when opening their packages. This video serves as proof of the condition of the product upon delivery and will help expedite the refund process if there is an issue.

Process for Refunds:

  • Contact our customer support at help@iconicandles.com with your order details and the issue.
  • Provide the unboxing video or photos showing the problem with the product.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 to 21 business days to the original method of payment.

2. Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items: As candles are non-returnable, we do not accept returns.

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 Hours of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue and any relevant photos or videos.

Return Process:

  • Contact our customer support at help@iconicandles.com with your order details and the issue.
  • Provide evidence of the defect or damage (Unboxing Video)
  • If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product, if necessary.

3. Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: We offer various shipping options at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-20 business days

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Issues: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.

Please Note: In case of any approved return, exchange or refund, the customer must send the original product back to us, and the shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Additionally, for exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. The refund amount will be processed once we receive the product and our quality team approves it; only then will the return, refund, or exchange be initiated.
